Today is Friday, February 24,2012.

I am doing some business planning today, I first had a cup of coffee,the I played a games with a friends called "words with friends" on face book. But, see I have a hard time with thinking of them long words,and so does my friend. So as we are playing words like boy- couch for a big word. I was thinking about my business and how I could make it grow even bigger. Then it came to me no, it did not came to me that easy. It came to me from a team player,one of my up-lines. I emailed, my plan for the next month to them, no you don't have to do that,but I like the support so, I do ask them for a little input. Furthermore, my up-line is great they have the experience to share with everyone. I have to say right now Thank you, to the Summit Group.

Yesterday was Fat Tuesday,Today is May be known as Ash Wednesday, what does that means?   In this case I am talking about me only, it means to give up something for 40 days, In honor of my Lord. I go to mass and receive prayers and ashes on my forehead. Those who do not share our customs often make a point of telling us that we have something on our foreheads, assuming we would want to wash it off, but many Catholics wear that smudge faithfully all day.

Although Ash Wednesday is not a Catholic holy day of obligation, it is an important part of the season of Lent. The first clear evidence of Ash Wednesday is around 960, and in the 12th century people began using palm branches from the previous Palm Sunday for ashes.

A Prayer for Ash Wednesday

Blessed are you, O Lord our God, the all-holy one, who gives us life and all things. As we go about our lives, the press of our duties and activities often leads us to forget your presence and your love. We fall into sin and fail to live out the responsibilities that you have entrusted to those who were baptized into your Son.
In this holy season, help us to turn our minds and hearts back to you. Lead us into sincere repentance and renew our lives with your grace. Help us to remember that we are sinners, but even more, help us to remember your loving mercy.
As we live through this Ash Wednesday, may the crosses of ashes that mark our foreheads be a reminder to us and to those we meet that we belong to your Son. May our worship and prayer and penitence this day be sustained throughout these 40 days of Lent. Bring us refreshed and renewed to the celebration of Christ�s resurrection at Easter.

 I am giving up "being lazy" for 20 minutes each day,what you ask "being lazy"? You are always busy doing something. I say, yes I am, Now it time for me. Laziness can come in many forms not just sitting around, In my case I stress alot and worry. I don't take time for my self because I am "lazy" in the sense of my own body care. So, yes I am working on my inter self, I am going to rest my mind for 20 minutes each day and I am going to add 20 minutes of exercise in my day, totaling 40 minutes of self improvement.

Moods and Me

My moods were all over the place,one moment I was in a crying frenzy and then I am laughing non-stop. I could never find a happy medium and that was hard to live with. On top of my mood come stress,anxiety,fatigue and irritability,some might call it something else. My interbody, I didn't want these feelings so, I tried  countless prescription med seen many doctor,which is great one should get the opinion of a professional and certainly don't mix medication.

I did I was on this and that, all which help one area but then made me sick in other areas.  I am not a doctor, I was me Kathy, one who didn't want to be sick,cring, moody, in pain.  I wanted some peace happiness and enjoy in my days,no headaches no sleepless night. So, I search I tried everything,and I quit many different drugs. Because  of the side effects somethings they made me have dreams not fun dream weired is the word I 'll also use,unlikable. I live with out prescription mood enhancers (depression drugs) for a year, oh boy was that tough. Have you every felt like you where not in your body? I did.
