Inspiration/Bright Ideas:
Steps
to Making your Watkins Business Successful
Every Consultant begins his/her
business for different personal reasons. Are you meeting your expectations?
Take some time to reflect on your goals and follow these steps to create a
successful Watkins business. Information below from my personal email from Watkins id #394943
1. Choose a level of
leadership. Review the different
achievement levels and determine how this will bring you closer to completing
your goals. Achieving a new level will add income to your monthly business. The
following are income averages based on 2009 bonus earnings (does not include
retail income generated).

- Break
down your monthly goal. Using your averages, determine
how many events, customer orders, and new Consultants you must sponsor to
generate your desired bonus income each month. Anticipate cancellations,
postponements and overbooking.
- Plan
to achieve monthly goals by promoting Watkins incentives.
By focusing on these promotions, i.e., Watkins sales and sponsoring
challenges, your business will be consistent and balanced.
- Share
the gift of Watkins. By doing so, you are building
your business and changing someone's life. An online survey conducted by
Harris Interactive found that the most commonly stated goal for 2013 is to
improve finances. We have a great solution—Watkins Home Business
Opportunity.
- Learn
and be excited about our business. Participate in upline meetings,
home office webinars and Watkins Leadership Conference. Take advantage of
all training opportunities.
- Evaluate
your business every month. Track your progress. Review your
success after every meeting, business event, sale, or sponsoring
interview.
- Share
your plans.
Let friends, family and other Consultants on your team know what your
Watkins business can do for you. They will cheer you on as you get closer
to achieving your goals.
