How I handle My Fibromyalgia, with Watkins Naturals

My Blog @ www.productlady.com

What is fibromyalgia?
I call it overactive nerves; For Me it is a Pain in the…, however according to “Lryica” website/and handouts it is chronic wide spread pain and tenderness all over. Here’s exactly what that means to me:
Chronic means “Constant”, longtime, long lasting in its effects, persistent, for me pain that come on whenever it wants and last a long time. Many people experience fibromyalgia pain for years before being diagnosed as I did I was on 9 different prescription pills, some for depression, some for pain some for blood pressure and I didn’t have blood pressure problems,….. to many drugs I said enough.
Widespread means that it is all over the body. However, many people with fibromyalgia feel pain in the same places, such as the lower back and neck
Tenderness means that even a small amount of pressure can cause a lot of pain
“Fibromyalgia is one of the most common chronic pain conditions. It affects more than 5 million peoplein the United States. That’s nearly 1 in every 60 Americans. Mostly women have it. But so can men. Most people begin feeling the symptoms of fibromyalgia when they are middle aged, but symptoms can start before then.” *Lryica
I have been living with FMS for over 15 years and before that we had no clue what was wrong with me. Just knowing some of these tips and Natural products here might help you as well as it helped me. I wish you the best, give Watkins a try all products are 100% money back.Nothing to lose, keep tring.....
Reduce those painful times, little things can make a big difference. Keeping certain little things near you to help you manage your fibromyalgia
Ricebag
A rice bag is uncooked rice inside a little pillow, usually made of flannel orsome fabric that feels nice against your skin. You heat it in the microwave fora couple minutes and it releases a soothing, slightly moist heat. It's a great alternative to a heating pad because it gradually cools off and won't start afire, so you can use it to help you sleep
How I use my rice Bag, I heat it but I use some Watkins Menthol Camphor to help with the pain. I had to test this because I did not want too much heat or a rash, for my skin is sensitive, however no problems found withme, so I rub the Watkins Menthol on the painful areas then I set the rice bag on them areas.( Watkins carries different kinds of pain rubs and they are Natural Products)
Watkins, Natural Aloe& Green Tea Lotion, Natural Lemon Cream, Natural Lavender Lotion, Coconut Milk& Honey Hand & Body Lotion, Natural Mango Lotion, Vanilla Natural Hand& Body Lotion, Watkins Grapefruit Hand & Body Lotion
Blanket and soft pillows
Even in the summer, I have a luxuriously soft blanket handy in my family room as well as a variety of cozy-feeling pillows. My blanket is a fleece easy to was and always handy, one day a friend stop by it was 90*out and I was feeling the pain all covered up, she laughed so hard at me butthe blanket softness really helps Me.
o Lotion
Dry, itchy skin aggravates my FMS, and every time I scratch it can cause a lotof pain in the area. If the lotion has a soothing scent, it can do double dutyby helping you relax.
o My Watkins Menthol Camphor can be used like a lotion; I have a customer that uses this for Eczema Skin Condition and dry scally feet relives pain and soften skin.
