MLM (aka Multilevel marketing)

·         This is how I felt When I was a Cashier and even a manager at a store for over 5 years, why even a manager?, because I felt like a "high paid cashier", (some stores) not mentioning any names paid a person that they called a “manager” to unload semi’s wait on customer, did the deposits but had no say within the company or even an opinion on hiring and firing.
       So they said, but they were never around until.. yep, it was time to have a day off and you had to come into work, it L *^#@#^. !  There are law suits out for this, because these “managers” work over 70 hours a week with no over-time pay and some cases have been won in the favor of the “manager’ thanks to laws the protect the average work.  flsacases.com/?p=335)

The reason I showed the photo above: is I felt like that when I working for others. Now to help me explain how Watkins works and the “MLM” 1st part of it. Is What is Watkins?

Some pyramids are like this, just as some job out in the work field. You keep trying to get to the top but someone is pulling you down, or gets that promotion before you do, hum just because he knew someone. Your Johnny/Jennifer turned 18 and wants to work in the company now, (just name examples no stereotyping here. I used my brother and sister name :)

And even in the best companies that are not classified as MLM, there is a pyramid all the way up to the presidents, chief leader, CEO…ect.  So with all this #Watkins is classified as a type of a pyramid but there is no scam it is simple either you work, sell, and or use the products. You can find a team to work with you, or you don’t do nothing. You make what you want. My goal is 400 team members; yours could be just to buy products at a discount for yourself and family.
